Hello! My name is Susanna Ellis. I’m a personal care assistant serving clients in Jackson, MI. I have 6 years of experience in direct care roles, including 2 years serving as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in nursing homes and 2 years in supervising homes for disabled adults, with two additional years as a personal care assistant. I love my husband, my family, dogs, and a little coffee with my creamer.

My job is to help you help your loved one, whether that be navigating healthcare options with you, assisting your loved one in activities of daily living, or even just continuously monitoring their surroundings to ensure they are safe. I also have a wealth of experience with a variety diagnoses, but am always looking to learn new things in order to better serve my clients. I’m passionate about using my skills to free up primary caregivers to focus on just being with their loved one, and I’d love to do this for you.
